![]() Why take out an awesome feature? So now I have to start it way before what I want to see so I have time to figure out where I need it to zoom. All the controls disappear and all you can do is zoom in to different places. If you want to watch playback in zoomed mode you better go back at least a couple of minutes be you can't control anything but the zoom in that mode. Also the things I loved about the older systems are gone. Why they thought that would good is beyond me unless it is a big joke. ![]() I've wanted to throw it through the wall some times be I I wasn't in the habit of keeping my finger away from it. If you're right in the idle of programming or playback or really anything that you've spent time on and haven't saved, if your touches the right clicker it takes you from what you're in the middle of, right back to live viewing. It's enough to mak me want to give it two stars the more I think about it. Oh and after you tweak the system just right or at least as close to the settings you like and need, pray it doesn't lose power no mater how it loses power, because you have to do it all over again. In the mean time I'm looking for another company who's remote service works even after I leave my house, motion sensor doesn't constant go off when I have the sensitivity set as low as possible, constant tamper alarms on a camera that I can see is not being tampered with. And considering the moderate service I get when I call I figure what's the point, I'll just deal with it. And I hate to say I'm having problems with the ultra system. So that means it wouldn't take much for me to abandon them for someone else if I had problems. Now they may be happy with that but when customer service isn't the reason I keep purchasing then everything is solely relying on their product's performance. The other times I've used their customer service it was on par with what you typically get. I eventually got the refund for the new nvr but that's not exclusively why I give the 3 stars. I was happy until it came time to get the refund after receiving gen one which was less than 6 months old. When their new ultra system would not work as it should with the slightly newer ultra camera with audio they did walk me through a few things but instead of continuing to have e spend my day working the problem they sent me the next gen nvr at no cost provided I send mine back. I've only used their customer service a hand full of times and in one instance I will say what could've been a great experience turned into an irritating one. I wish I could give them a higher rating but on the other hand I wouldn't give them a lower rating. I've been using revo America for over ten years in two businesses and two homes.
